A classic, and on-going, reposition of an established company into new markets and new territories.

Van Hee Transport were an established transport and logistics company of 40 years standing, but sold their transport operation in December 2007 to concentrate on logistics training with the clear objective of becoming the UK’s market leader.

We first worked with our client to develop their corporate identity for the new market. We recommended that we build on their heritage and incorporated their existing logo into a new graphic interpretation of their marketplace. This striking image was then carried through to stationery, literature, updated and restyled training materials, vehicles and, it was even painted three-times life size on the side of their headquarters building alongside a busy arterial highway.

We prepared new sales presentations to use when pitching to new customers and produced a new website, which has constantly been adjusted to embrace emerging activities. One of the early projects was to undertake the production of a new marketing strategy to expand the business across the UK.

We launched an on-going local PR campaign featuring personal development stories, and moved on to company growth stories in the trade press. The overall PR objective is to ensure that our client becomes the authoritative voice of logistics training in the UK. We have achieved major successes, with several full page and double page spread editorials in the trade press on the current issues in the business, and are regularly asked for quotes and comments from the leading logistics writers.

Van Hee have won many logistics training contracts throughout of the UK and have moved into management training and customer relations training, both of which are being adapted for other industry sectors.
