Long time agency client, Variable Message Signs Limited, has continued to grow their business and extend into other related sectors of their market. They have long been the market leader in variable message signs for the motorways of England for their major client, The Highways Agency, and gained notable high profile overseas contracts for the Athens Olympics and the Sydney Olympics. They also increasingly produce inner city traffic management and parking schemes. The growing company were ready to launch a series of safety signs and portable traffic directional signs. To keep the company image fresh, we developed a whole new campaign backed up with a major PR drive aimed at the specialist trade press including several full page featured articles, which increased world-wide product recognition and brand awareness. The campaign included advertising for the trade press, new sales literature,
website and a new treatment for major exhibitions such as the Intertraffic
Exhibition in Amsterdam. The campaign has generated 1.8 million trade
press readers and delivered value at four times the cost of the PR fee. |
